The Performance Measurement Framework for Drug and Alcohol Task Forces was developed by Trutz Haase – Social & Economic Consultant – and Jonathan Pratschke on behalf of the Department of Health. The aim of the report is to develop a longitudinal performance measurement framework which will enable the Department of Health to measure the effectiveness of interventions to respond to the drug problem over the lifetime of the new national drugs strategy.
