Preparation of a Gateway Development Index

This report presents the outcome of the preparation and first calculation of a new “Gateway Development Index” for the nine National Spatial Strategy (NSS) Gateways. The Gateway Development Index (GDI) has been developed for the two Regional Assemblies and the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government, and is intended to feed into the wide process of monitoring the implementation of the NSS as a whole, 83 pages.
