Springboard was established by the Department of Health and Children in 1998 in order to support vulnerable families. It began originally as 14 projects and, by 2004, it had grown to 22 projects distributed throughout Ireland. This study presents an evaluation of the Springboard project in Loughlinstown. Study commissioned by the East Coast Area Health Board, 186 pages.
